FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
No contract exists between you and Kidzbooks for the sale of any goods until Kidzbooks has received and accepted your order and sends you confirmation by email to the email address you have given. Once Kidzbooks does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
DESCRIPTION, SPECIFICATION AND PRICE OF THE GOODS
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Kidzbooks will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
The description, specification and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Kidzbooks website at the time you place your order. Actual book covers may be different from those on the Kidzbooks website.
Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the Kidzbooks website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to dispatch of the goods, Kidzbooks will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, Kidzbooks will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, as shown in the section of the Kidzbooks website about delivery. The price of the goods and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT as shown on the Kidzbooks website.
Where the goods are supplied for export from Greece, you will be liable for shipping and insurance charges as agreed with Kidzbooks, and responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination and for the payment of any duties on them.

All bank commissions and charges are borne by the remitter and we will only acknowledge receipt of funds net of all bank charges.
Transaction Security
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
DELIVERY
We will make every effort to receive your goods promptly and in perfect condition.
All deliveries are made by courier service. All orders will require a signature upon receipt.
Please note courier delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, subject to confirmation by Kidzbooks.
If delivery cannot be made to your address, Kidzbooks will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.
Expected delivery time for items in stock: up to 5 business days, for items not in stock: up to 15 business days.
If we are unable to deliver the goods within 20 business days of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or re-credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Kidzbooks will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

€4.99 delivery charge per order.
Cash on Delivery (CoD) fee €1.00.
Delivery costs will be displayed during the shopping basket check-out process.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable by a carrier, you will be issued a full refund for the ordered goods but not the shipping charges.
YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Kidzbooks by post or email, at the address or email address shown below, giving order number, details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to Kidzbooks at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged while in your possession or in transit. The original receipt or invoice is required for the return.
Once you have notified Kidzbooks that you are cancelling the contract, Kidzbooks will refund or re-credit you within 14 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, excluding shipping charges.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
All goods supplied by Kidzbooks are warranted free from defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party. If the goods supplied to you develop a defect, or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify Kidzbooks by post, fax or email, as shown below.
DATA PROTECTION
Kidzbooks will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless Kidzbooks is negligent, Kidzbooks will not be liable for unauthorized access to information supplied by you. Kidzbooks will only use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless you agree otherwise. You can correct any information about you, or ask for information about you to be deleted, by giving written notice to Kidzbooks at the address, fax number or email address shown below.

Kidzbooks may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
