To save Penny the penguin, Jack and Annie must go back in time to get a special feather from Abraham Lincoln himself! But Lincoln is too busy running a country at war. So the kids go even further back to look for Abe as a boy. There they meet an orphan named Sam who also needs their help. Can Jack and Annie save the president, a new friend, and Penny, too?
